Did you come look by my place? There are lots of townhouses...and they are really reasonable. :)
You should look into the Sterling Pointe apartments in Layton on Main Street. We lived there for a year and really liked it. I think they're pretty reasonable but the market probably changed since 2003.

I am not much help living in Arizona and all. But if I hear of anything I will let you know. Best of luck!
I wish I could be more helpful with the apartment thing. I am to far away to do much good. My house is for sell though. You can buy mine.
